I’ve been drinking a couple tablespoons of apple cider vinegar a day for almost a month now and yes I can attest of the weight loss + my skin is very clear and vibrant as well. I mix 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with mother with a teaspoon of Stevia vanilla sugar (I make that)
+ a cup of water. I heated up in the microwave for 22 seconds and I drink it down with a straw.
