2. EXERCISE LETS YOU TAKE YOUR MIND OFF OF YOUR WORRIES
Exercise allows you to focus completely on something else. Whether you’re out for a run, lifting weights, or doing some yoga stretches, you are normally focusing completely on pushing yourself harder. This will allow you to take a break from your normal worries.Exercising frequently may be a concern alone for you, but once you break out those workout clothes, you will be glad that you did.
You will be grateful to be able to take your mind off of your stresses for the moment and instead focus on running longer or doing just a few more reps.
