I contacted customer service to see if I could get a replacement part for my 34 ounce water bottle. I had lost the diffuser part. They sent me an invoice and I had the replacement piece is three days. I was able to put fruit in my bottle again and not worry about swallowing it by accident. We accidentally left our infuser rods and the caps 1000 miles away. We were able to reorder the rods easily through the website. A simple email to the company about the dilemma for the cap that holds the rods, they responded quickly. Once we told them the colors we needed they sent an invoice, we paid (very good price) and had them within a few days.
