Core sliders are gaining popularity in the fitness space & for good reason! Such a simple idea, but will change the way you view your workouts. For example: If squats are a part of your routine, add a set of sliders & force yourself to slide your feet apart as you squat, then pull them back together to stand. I had some make shift ones but I saw these, ordered them and omg they are so much better!!! Love them! :)
Works well on carpet and hardwood floors. If using with my feet, I find it best to wear a non-slip sock to keep my foot on slider. No problem using with my hands.
I’ve only used them on the carpet and so far they work great! My only complaint would be they could maybe be a little bigger because I have small feet but someone with bigger feet might have a problem keeping their foot on them while slide back and forth.
