Core sliders are gaining popularity in the fitness space & for good reason! Such a simple idea, but will change the way you view your workouts. For example: If squats are a part of your routine, add a set of sliders & force yourself to slide your feet apart as you squat, then pull them back together to stand. There you've got yourself a challenging new move. The continual pressure required when using the sliders helps build your core muscles as well as increases your stability simultaneously!
I have tried 3 different brands of sliders and these are the best! I like that no matter which side you use, they are very level with the floor. Other brands I've used were too raised and always resulted in a knee or hip injury. Glad I tried this brand. I've used them several times with no issues, and definitely feel the core working!
Will be a while before I use it. Still nursing my fractured shoulder. But, I will use it eventually.
I was excited to receive them and then hurt my back. Will give them a try when I feel better!
