1. Raised Arm Stretch
Stand straight with your legs spaced evenly apart. Raise your arms as high as you can, clasping your hands. Stretch to the right and hold the position for 10 seconds. Stretch to the left and hold for another 10 seconds. Repeat. Your legs should remain slightly bent throughout this exercise, with your back bending slightly and your arms straight.

You will need anexercise ball for this exercise. Get on your knees and carefully rest your stomach on an exercise ball. Straighten out your legs behind you, making sure not to lose balance. Your hands should be touching the ground, your arms in front of you. Raise one leg at a time, holding the leg straight and clenching your core.
This exercise will help you improve your balance, as well as tighten your core.
3. Forward Leg Stretch
Start by standing up. Slowly stretch one leg out behind you, until you are crouching. Get as low to the ground as you can. Rest your hands on the ground and lean your torso into your forward thigh. Switch legs.
This easy yoga pose will improve flexibility.
4. Yoga Meditation Pose
You can try this pose in a variety of variations. Simply sit on the ground with your legs crossed. Close your eyes and breathe, with your hands either on your legs, or raised above your head.
This pose is meant to help with breathing, leg flexibility, and focus. It is one of the best poses to use to improve mood, lower blood pressure, and improve anxiety.
