The Proper Way to Do a Master Lemon Detox
THE RECIPE

• Fresh juice from 1 lemon
• 20 ml of organic maple syrup

HOW TO START YOUR CLEANSING DIET
Your cleansing diet is very likely to cause some uncomfortable symptoms, as we discuss below. However, there are some things you can do at the start and at the end of your master cleanse that will help make things a little easier for your body.
Before your fast:
1. Take out processed foods from your diet.
2. Eat only soups.
3. Drink only juices.

THE TIMEFRAME OF YOUR CLEANSE
If your goal is to lose weight and to clear your body from as much toxins as possible, you’ll want to extend the amount of time your cleansing diet lasts. 10 days is the standard amount of time, but do something that works for you. A few days or simply a week might be better.

THE SYMPTOMS
With a cleansing diet and fasting, comes some irritable symptoms. You will of course experience hunger pains from lack of eating, as well as irritability, lack of energy, and more. When you feel these symptoms, as mentioned, it is important to drink the lemonade water. It will help keep you off edge.
On top of this though, you may experience burning or stinging bowl movements. This is most typically due to the removing of toxins from your body.
AND THE SYMPTOMS
If something completely feels out of sorts, though, make sure to talk to a doctor. Make note that if you are a frequent soda or coffee drinker, you may have some headaches due to caffeine withdrawals. Lastly, although you may experience other symptoms, nausea and vomiting are likely as well.
Your body is not used to a cleansing diet and this is likely to take place after a few days into the diet. It really should not last longer than 3 days though. As we always suggest with any master exercise or master cleanse plan, talk to a doctor if you have any concerns before, during, or after your master cleanse.
If you still want to exercise, despite these symptoms, try light exercise like yoga.
HOW TO FINISH YOUR CLEANSING DIET
At the end of your fast, make sure to adjust your body back into solid foods.
At the end of your detox fast, complete the following:
1. Start drinking other juices and drinks.
2. Start eating soups and liquid foods
3. Eat organic foods.
4. Begin eating processed foods.
FINAL TIPS
1. Make your lemon detox drink fresh every time.
2. Drink it right away, otherwise the pepper may make the drink too spicy.
3. You can use a natural laxative such as herbal tea.
4. Shower more regularly as you may break out due to the toxins leaving your body.
5. Drink the lemon water when you are experiencing painful symptoms.
