Q. I completed a purchase. Why am I not seeing any points?

A. This is because you checked out as a guest. You must have an account with our store to be enrolled in our rewards program. (You can create an account here). 

 Q. How do I earn points?

A. There are currently 9 different ways you can earn points. Every dollar spent with us gets you 1 point. But you can also earn by:

- Referring your friends
- Following us on Instagram
- Liking our Facebook Page
- Sharing our website on Facebook
- Your birthday
- Leaving a product review
- Creating a rewards account
- Filling out your profile

Q. How do I redeem rewards?

A. You will be emailed everytime you earn points with us, but you can also check your balance by clicking "Check Rewards" at the bottom left of our website

You will then see your balance and what rewards you qualify for. Simply click "Redeem" to receive your coupon for that reward.

Q. How do I check my point balance?

A. You must be logged into your account. Click "Check Rewards" button, located at the bottom left of the screen.

Q. How do I get points for referring friends? 

A. In the "Earn" tab select "Refer a Friend"

You will then get a special link that you can send to your friend. When your friend clicks this link they will get a 10% coupon for their first order. After their order has been placed, your account will be credited 100 points!

 Q. Can I use my rewards with another coupon?

A. No. All rewards cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other coupon, deals or discounts.
