This is Honey Lemon, my foster cat! 😻
I wanted to share, I’ve seen a lot of people asking about the collagen and how you know… you think it is doing or if its worth it or whatever.
I’ve never had good digestion, ever. I’ve gone through surgeries and all that. So here’s a little TMI but I think its important to share.
I have had bowel issues like I thought it was normal to only have a bowel movement once a month. Not, not a lie - totally serious here. I’ve had really bad issues. I’ve had numerous surgeries and nothing, nothing worked whatsoever.
Then I discovered this [Live Infinitely Multi Collagen] and OMG I’m not kidding you, this is my fourth month now and I am not kidding you the difference its totally worth it. Worth it!
You want to talk about having a healthy gut and cleaning it out!
Keep doing it. You might not see results like BAM like that but the longer you do it and the more consistent you are in doing it I promise you are going to see a huge difference. Not just in your hair, skin, and nails but you’ll notice your gut…
Like take a look at these bad boys! I’ve never had nails. So yeah I went from one scoop a day and having it in my morning coffee to two scoops in a day.
So I have one in my coffee and I put one in my greens.
And I’m not kidding you the difference that I have had. I went from a person who was lucky if I had one bowel movement in a month to a person who is actually normal and regular and I feel so much better.
I thought I was fine before but then when I started adding this into my daily routine it was a total game-changer and I cannot tell you how much better I feel. I’m not sluggish, I’m not tired. I don’t feel bloated. I got excited.
So if you don’t feel something like in the first month or you don’t notice a difference keep going and if you’re only doing one scoop do two cause it says you can do two servings a day. So I just thought I would get on here real quick and share with you guys my journey.
So if you had any questions because everybody’s experience is different but I just wanted you to know that I have a history of having a horrible gut. But this has just been a huge, huge game changer for my gut. So I just thought I would share that with you guys.
