Start with your Live Infinitely Exercise Ball under your feet in a push up position with your hands firmly on the ground. Once you are stable, press up through your hands using your arms coming all the way up. Once you have reached the top, slowly bring your body down with you arms back to starting position.

Start on your knees with the ball close to your body. Place your elbows leaning on the ball. Once you are stable, roll your elbows out in front and your body should shift forward while keeping your knees on the ground. Keep your core tight and roll yourself to the starting position.
Start with your stomachs on your Live Infinitely Exercise Ball with your knees bent. Place your hands behind your head, elbows out. Then straighten your legs out and extend upward using your back. Once all the way up slowly go back to your starting position.
Start with your back and butt on the ground. Place your heels of your feet on top of the ball. Once stable, press your hips up and off the ground with your shoulders and arms still grounded to support you. When you can't go any higher bring your hips back down to the ground.
