      To increase the effectiveness of your collagen we recommend making this a daily habit.

      If you're just getting started we recommend 2 Scoops per day for your first month. You can take them at any point - you could have both scoops in the morning or you can split them up throughout your day. Whatever works best for your daily routine. But the most important thing is to stay consistent.
