I usually drink water all day. But with this tumbler I like that I can actually track my water to keep me drinking enough throughout the day.
This water bottle makes me accountable for the amount of water I drink every day. I have to drink more because of medicines I’m on for RA. I have to keep hydrated for kidney health. Plus, this bottle is easy to open to drink or to fill for those tough RA days. Very cute too!!! Fits in my truck’s cup holder and treadmill cup holder. Great product!
The bottle is amazing. The insulation sleeve really helps to keep your drinks cold and keeps the condensation away. My only complaint is that you can’t see the time markers through the sleeve, but it doesn’t bother me that much. It’s motivating to get my water in and see that I’m ahead of schedule or on track.
