Visualization can be an incredibly powerful tool in helping you identify and achieve your goals.
There’s not a matter bogus superstition but a physiological phenomenon that has been scientifically measured. Weightlifters who imagine lifting a heavy weight actually activate the same areas as if they were actually performing the task.
That means that imagining your goals and dreams actually manifests them not only psychologically but also in real life. What’s even more incredible is that you can tap into this superpower simply by creating a vision board.
I started spinning at my local gym. I really enjoy riding the bike everyday. I started riding for 30 minutes. I have builded up to 50 minutes! I was having pain in both knees, but now I am pain free! Amazing what exercising has done!
I have also started taking collagen and apple cider supplement to better my over all health!
At the beginning of the year I was determined to start working towards a healthier lifestyle change; just like I have every other year. This year was going to be different; I acted on it.
The biggest step was kicking my daily Mountain Dew habit which is where my favorite new water bottle came in along with my first hydration challenge.

Staying mindful of the things and more importantly the people you are grateful for is a daily habit to always be working on.
Showing someone you’re grateful for them is such a small thing but it can have a huge impact on your life and the life of that person.Â
But how do we show someone our gratitude, more than just saying "thank you"?
