Women's History Month - Celebrating Tracy Hartmann Adams!

I joined a group called toastmasters that helps you be able to work on your public speaking with doing speeches and small talk situations. I’ve been doing this for two years and have completed over 12 speeches. I’m also an officer in the group so I take charge of some meetings and it really has helped me become more comfortable since I’m such an introvert. I try to live by this... I want to get comfortable being uncomfortable. 

I joined simply because I NEEDED to drink more water. I was drinking nothing at all and my body always hurt from being dehydrated.  My breakthroughs are now always drinking 80 oz a day of water and most importantly all the self love I have learned and continue to work on for myself.

I’d have to say my sister.  She has been having a ton of health issues and going to doctor after doctor trying to figure things out and through it all she just Carries on with life like nothings wrong. She’s so strong and tough and is always there for her boys even if she’s feeling like heck. She pushed through and never gives up and keeps on trucking along.  I really admire her for her strength and she’s also my go to for any questions I have with my daughter from when I was pregnant and still now as she’s about to turn 7. She’s who I go to first.

We also want to give a shout-out to her daughter, Savannah, who is an awesome mini-warrior in the group! 💕
