Apple Pie Infused Water

This is a must try! Recreate your favorite autumn dessert in a drink. You can find the vanilla bean pods and cinnamon sticks in the spice isle of your local grocery store.

Ingredients

4 Apple Slices

2 Plum Slices

1/2 of a vanilla bean pod

1 cinnamon stick

Instructions

Add all the ingredients to your fruit infuser rod and let it infuse for 2-3 hours. You can let it infuse for more or less time, just taste test to your liking! The longer it sits, the stronger the flavor. But you don't want to let it sit for more than 4 hours or the fruit starts to become bitter.

Apple, Raspberry, and Rosemary

Refreshing and comforting, rosemary is a staple spice of fall!

Ingredients

4 apple slices

3 Muddled Raspberries

1 Sprig of Rosemary

Instructions

You can find all of these ingredients at your local grocery store! Fresh rosemary is usually in the produce section near salads. Cut up your apple, mush your raspberries, and pick of a section of rosemary about 2.5" long. Add all 3 to your infuser bottle and let it infuse to your liking!

Cinnamon, Pear, and Ginger

Cinnamon is definitely another fall staple spice (with some amazing health benefits!) Ginger as well. Ginger is known for its ability to help stop nausea (so bring this one to the fall carnival! 😂)

Ingredients

1 stick of cinnamon

4 pear slices

About a half inch of ginger, sliced

Instructions

Add all 3 ingredients to your infuser rod and let sit to taste. Fresh ingredients are better but you can also use cinnamon and ginger powder! Use only a tiny bit or it can be an overwhelming taste.

Cranberry, Lemon, and Blood Orange

Cranberries are an amazing fruit with anti-inflammatory properties! Paired with citrus this is a mouth watering drink!

Ingredients

A small handful of cranberries

2 lemon slices

3 Blood Orange slices

Instructions

Berries like cranberries or blueberries should be sliced or muddled so the flavor is able to infuse.

Blackberries are packed with antioxidants - which is perfect for as it gets colder outside!

Ingredients

A small handful of blackberries

3 sage leaves

Instructions

Muddle the blackberries and put both ingredients in your infuser rod. Infuse to taste!
