7 Best Summer Fruit Infused Water Recipes

1. WATERMELON, KIWI & LIME

This is easily one of the best one of the best summer drinks ever! The freshness of the watermelon works perfectly with the tartness of the kiwi and the sour snap of lime.

Ingredients: 
  • 4 Watermelon chunks 
  • 4 Kiwi slices
  • ½ Lime
Directions: Allow the water to infuse for at least 4 hours for best taste! You can change the amount of each fruit  as you like.

 

2. MANGO, RASPBERRY & GINGER

Ginger has anti-nausea properties, so it’s great if you are feeling a little queasy in the heat. Add a few raspberries to some peeled mango along with a few slices of ginger for an extra delicious refreshing summer drink! 

Ingredients: 
  • ½ Mango 
  • 6-10 Raspberries
  • 2-3 Ginger slices
Directions:  Allow the water to infuse for at least 4 hours for best taste! It’s up to you whether you peel the ginger or not, but we feel that leaving the peel on makes the drink a bit spicy.

 

3. STRAWBERRY, LEMON & BASIL

Required Fruit:
  • 4-6 Strawberries
  • 1-3 Lemon slices
  • 4-5 Basil leaves
Directions: Allow the water to infuse for 2-4 hours for best taste! 

 

4. PINEAPPLE, COCONUT & LIME

Time to get tropical! This one is so refreshing!

Required Fruit: 
  • ½ Cup fresh pineapple chunks 
  • Coconut water or fresh coconut chunks
  • ½ Lime 
Directions: Pineapple is on of the faster infusing fruits so this one should be ready to drink in about 1 hour!

 

5. HONEYDEW, CUCUMBER & MINT

Required Fruit:
  • 4-6 Honeydrew slices
  • 4-6 Cucumber slices
  • 3 Mint leaves
Directions: Cut up some Honeydew melon, add a handful of mint leaves and one-third of a washed and sliced cucumber. Allow to infuse in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

 

6. GRAPEFRUIT ROSEMARY DETOX

Required Fruit:
  • ½ Grapefruit slices
  • 2-4 Rosemary sprigs
Directions: For a slightly more sophisticated summer beverage, try mixing the sweet’n’sour taste of grapefruit slightly with the sweet flavor of rosemary. Let it chill for at least an hour for a better taste!

 

7. PINEAPPLE, ORANGE BASIL

  • 2-3 Pineapple chunks
