1) First off, grab your cell phone or tablet and take a few pictures showing our product and where the defect exists.

2) Locate your original order ID from where ever the item was purchased. Don't worry if you can't find it, contact us and we can help!

3) Click the link below to contact us! Send the picture, order ID and a short little description on what the issue is and prepare to be mind blown!
